Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy
We offer a 10-day return and exchange policy for eligible products. This means you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- unworn and unused
- in the same condition in which it was received
- with all original tags attached
- in its original packaging
- accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

In some cases, reverse pickup may not be available for certain PIN codes. If pickup is not serviceable in your area, you will need to ship the item back to us yourself and share the tracking details with our team.
Damaged, Defective, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@interwove.in with your order number and clear images of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will assist you with a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged within 10 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with the size or fit.
A ₹75 handling charge per item will apply to exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

- any shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable and will also be deducted
- your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund
