Shipping & Order Tracking

How long will my order take to arrive

Order are normally shipped within 24 hours after confirmation from our warehouse and are delivered within 2-4 days to all metros and Tier-I cities, while for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of any delays, please write to us at support@interwove.in

How will I know if my order is placed?

Once your order has been confirmed, you will get an email and SMS confirmation. We will further notify you once it is dispatched from the warehouse.

How much does it cost to ship?

There are no shipping charges for orders in India. In case of international orders, shipping charges are applicable. Please write to us at support@interwove.in if you would like to know more about international shipping and charges.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order here. Please allow us a couple of days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

As we aim for immediate dispatch, we can’t change or cancel your order once confirmed. Processing can happen in an instant by our warehouse. However, if you do need to modify or cancel your order, you can always initiate a refund/exchange once it arrives.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

If your order hasn’t left our warehouse yet, our team can do what we can to make the changes. Otherwise, you will need to organize a redirection with the carrier who has your order.

Do you deliver out of India?

Yes, we do deliver out of India, and it generally takes around 15 days for orders to be delivered, depending on the city. Please note that for international orders, we do not offer Cash On Delivery and return/exchange facility. Please write to us on support@interwove.in if you would like to place an order for international delivery and we would be happy to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your exchange/return policy?

If you are not satisfied with any of our products at the time you receive it, you can return it to us within 10 days for replacement, exchange of refund. Please note that all socks and underwear purchases are considered as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for sanitary reasons. You can read our exchange and refund policy in detail . Refunds are issued to the original payment method on the order.

How do I return/exchange an item?

Head over to our easy to use returns centre and follow the steps. You need to pack the product back in its original packaging (with tags) and seal it. Hand the packet over to our courier person, and as soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we shall refund the amount to you in your source account for a pre-paid order and in bank if it is a COD order.

Once initiated, refunds could take 5-7 days to process to the source account. Alternately, we can also process the refund to you in the form of store credit instantly. You will have the option to select your preferred return channel.

In case of an exchange, the product will be dispatched once the product is picked from your premises.

Are there any charges for returning a product?

We deduct a fee of ₹100 from your original order amount as returns handling charges. This is something that is charged to us by the logistics partners.

What happens if I receive an incomplete, faulty or damaged order?

For any incomplete, damaged or defective order, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with images of the product received. You can process the refund/exchange for such item through our returns centre. We’ll make sure we resolve this issue with you in a timely manner.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UPI, NetBanking, Mobile Wallets and Cash on Delivery.

Is there any additional charge for Cash On Delivery (COD) orders?

Yes, we charge an additional fee of ₹150 for Cash On Delivery (COD) orders.

Product Care & Fit

What is your sizing like?

Our products are slightly more form-fitting which can explain the snug feeling but with this in mind, our products do tend to shape to your body. We recommend going one size up if you find yourself to be in-between sizes.

I’m not sure which size is right for me.

Every product page has a sizing chart with measurement guide to help you discover the size best suited for you.

What is the fabric composition of your product?

We are all about comfort and functionality with our products and we have curated the ideal fabric blend of bamboo and cotton to give you the best of the perfect mix of softness and a structured fit.

What are the wash care instructions?

Our t-shirts can be washed in a regular washing machine at a normal to cool temperature setting. You can use regular detergent, and avoid fabric softener or products with bleach.

You can also hand wash the product. When done, squeeze out excess water but do not twist or wring.

Drying: After a wash, lay out your clothing flat on a towel or dry rack to air dry. Do not leave directly in the sun to dry.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT TUMBLE DRY.

Why don’t Interwove t-shirts smell bad, even if I wear it for days without washing?

To understand why our t-shirts don’t retain odour, it’s first important to understand why most other t-shirts end up smelling after a few wears. The sweat from our body doesn’t actually have any odour. But when it absorbs into materials like cotton, it becomes a breeding ground for bacteria – the root cause of the bad smell.

Bamboo fibre doesn’t give sweat the opportunity to develop bacteria because of how effectively it wicks the moisture away from your body. Bamboo constantly pulls sweat away from the body allowing it to evaporate. This keeps you dry and keeps your t-shirt from smelling bad.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are 100% manufactured in India. We hold all of our suppliers to the highest standards for environmental practices and are proud of the responsible approach we take to manufacturing with minimal environmental impact.

Where are you located?

We are located in Mumbai. Though we don’t have any brick and mortar stores presently, Mumbai is where we have our warehousing and shipping facility and where most of us currently reside.
