Return & Exchange Centre
We have a 10-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
For any incomplete, damaged or defective order, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with images of the product received. You can process the refund/exchange for such item through our returns centre . We’ll make sure we resolve this issue with you in a timely manner.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like all socks, underwear, perfume purchases are considered as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, or discounted purchases or gift cards.
Exchanges
You can exchange any product if you are not satisfied with the fit or size, within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. However, Rs. 75 will be deducted per item as Returns handling charges. This is something that is charged to us by the logistic partners. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
